Promotion of events of the East Slovak Gallery

By giving consent to subscribe to the newsletter, the data subject gives consent to the Eastern Slovak Gallery, Hlavná 27, 040 01, Košice, ID No.: 31 297 820 to process his/her personal data in the scope of name, surname and e-mail address for the purpose of sending information messages – newsletters. The period of validity of the consent expires after 3 years from the date of its granting. The personal data will not be disclosed to a third country or an international organisation. The Visiting Regulations come into force on 1 January 2020.
The visitor voluntarily agrees that the East Slovak Gallery, Hlavná 27, 040 01, Košice, ID No.: 31 297 820 processes his/her personal data in the scope of photography, audio, audio-visual recording for the purpose of organizing all events, competitions and other marketing events, during which the visitor’s images may be taken and published on social networks and the website for the purpose of marketing support of the events of the East Slovak Gallery. Personal data will not be provided to a third country or international organisation. By providing personal data, you acquire the status of a data subject who has the right to access personal data, the right to rectification of personal data, the right to erasure of personal data, the right to restriction of processing of personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of personal data (including profiling) and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling). At the same time, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
